uggie choo

the word on the street is that Jimmy Choo is going to be collaborating with Ugg. i am finding it a little hard to imagine - look at the 2 photos, and in your mind - try and create a marriage of the two. or perhaps the child the 2 would create... i can't come up with anything that doesn't make my forehead go a bit squishy with confusion. now don't get me wrong here - i love Jimmy Choo shoes, they are gorgeous. and lord knows i loves me some Uggs. in the darkest depths of winter, i wish i could wear a maggie simpson snowsuit outfit of Ugg.

when the Hunter/Choo collab happened, all we ended up with was a pair of Hunter wellies with the name Jimmy Choo slapped on it... so perhaps it's simpler than i'm trying to make it. i suppose only time will tell.

dear shoe fairy...

if i leave something under my pillow, will i get these Jimmy Choo for H&M shoes when i wake up in the morning?

perusing the new Elle magazine, my eyes fell upon quite the fandango of an ad spread for the upcoming line... i know i've mentioned it - the magical pairing of Jimmy Choo and H&M - avails november 14... i already have it locked into the old brain vault, and now having seen some more of what they'll be offering, i have to admit that i am going to need to have a little fund set aside to procure some of these things. obvi - we knew that the shoes would be amazing. it's Jimmy Choo after all. and there are some cute bags, not a shocker there either. what i did not expect was just how much i would want the dresses... oh my STARS.

there will be a list of which stores will be carrying the items, on H&M's website. i'm half considering going to some obscure store in Kansas so i won't have to fight it out with the "ladies" that will be shopping in the NY stores. (that is most certainly not the word i wanted to use, but i'm a lady, ass face - so i will not resort to name calling)

but i do this for you, my dear readers. and so i shall go forth into battle, and lead you. we shall conquer the scary shopping "ladies" and we shall emerge victorious, in our new shoes and fabulous suede dresses. tally ho!

H&M must be mixing in with today's oxygen

only an hour or so ago i was pontificating on the glory on online shopping with H&M. and happened to mention the Jimmy Choo collection coming November 14th... well imagine my surprise when upon the interwebs i did find a couple of pics from said line. seems mr. choo is expanding into clothing for this line, including this pretty adorable sparkly cardi. ($129) "hello Christmas parties!" but far be it from the magical choo to leave out accessories. this little bag ($99) is kind of ridiculously adorable and i want it. i can't wait to see what else is in store (haha) for us come November. and am i one of those people who will go on the first day? you bet your sweet buns i am!!!
