i won't bother you with the boring details of the whole astrological crapstorm of mercury being in retrograde. suffice to say it is making everything an extraordinary pain in the arse.
about the tights though... that will be my happy distraction for the moment. i have been obsessed with (to the point of bloggin!) Commando slips for some time now. they are perfection and any other slip i try now is a giant fail. i am also a bit obsessed with tights in general. they are a fun way to pretty much change your wardrobe on a regular basis - by playing with pattern and color. and on the cheap no less! so - in some sort of genius matching of minds - along come COMMANDO TIGHTS! o...m...g. right now they're only avails in black and brown - but hey - what girl does not need black and brown tights in rotation? and of course because they hire geniuses to design, they have no seam to get all tangled in your business, and the waistband takes my breath away. not in the way that control tops do. in a GOOD way. it's a no dig-in band, so that you're not nearly cut in half just by sitting for longer than 2 minutes.
genius. absolute genius. bring on sweater dresses and boots baby!
